He bought them in Europe and had them sent to my place so I could have them for a couple of months before sending them to him. That was such a nice gesture. Thank you again, Doug! I have two pairs of boots—one brown and one black—but they’re not the tall pull-on kind; they’re more like the calf-style. I’m from Alabama, and my name is Eugene, but I go by “Gene.”
